Before you can use our on-line RSVP service or signup for a membership, you must register.
Registration is easy. You will fill out a form with your name and email address, and select a user-id and password (Don't use your regular password!.) After you have registered, you can use this user-id and password to RSVP for Friday hardpuck games.
Your club membership status will be none until your status is updated by the hockey club administration team.
The price per game is $8. Semester-long memberships are available at a slight discount (TBD).
Membership has its privileges. Members are given priority over non-members on the roster. Hence semester-long members will always be able to play, provided they RSVP at least one day before the game. Although anyone can sign up guests, members also get to sign up one of their guests with a higher priority, just below that of other paid members. Each member is limited to signing up three priority guests per semester, and a non-member may only be a priority guest three time per semester. A guest is only counted as a priority guest if there is a waiting list.
The RSVP process also generates a waiting list for roster spots, when we have reached the limit. Skaters on the waiting list can claim a roster spot at the start of the game (immediately after the warmups), if a skater from the list is not present and ready to skate. If you are on the roster but do not show up for the game and do not cancel, we may ask you to pay the per-game fee. This is only fair to those on the waiting list (and to our financial health).
