The purpose of this form is to create a new user-id or update an existing id that will allow you to use the password protected services available from these pages.
If you are a new user and wish to create a new user-id for yourself, then select your favorite user-id (with up to 8 alpha-numeric digits) and enter it in the user-id field. Next you will be prompted to enter your full name (as it should appear on the roster) and your email address. You must also select a password for this user-id. Don't use your regular password, since this form is not secure.
To update an existing registration, enter your user-id. Next you will be prompted to enter your password and allowed to change your user data. No changes will be made unless the entered password is correct.
Due to the number of people who want to play hardpuck every week, we require all players to RSVP ahead of time. The RSVP form allows you to state your preferences for the up-coming Friday or Sunday hardpuck game. You may choose to skate out (by selecting the skater check-box) or play goalie (the goalie check-box). If you are willing to play in either position, then check the "Will play either" check-box in addition to selecting your first choice.
The RSVP program tries to assign you to your first choice, but this is not always possible when the roster is full. When the skaters or goalies section of the roster fills up, players who selected the "Will play either" check-box are moved to the other position as necessary. If the roster is full and no more space can be found, then you will be added to the waiting list. When someone cancels, entries from the waiting list are automatically moved to the active roster.
You can change your RSVP status at any time by returning to the RSVP page and changing the data shown there. To remove yourself or a guest from the roster, simply uncheck the "skater", "goalie", and "either" check-boxes and resubmit this modified RSVP. Note that you can change your selected preferences anytime before the priority deadline, without affecting your RSVP timestamp.
You can RSVP for yourself and up to three guests per game. Just fill out their names and email addresses (if they have one) along with their position preference as above. A paid club member's first guest will be given higher priority in the roster, just below that of paid members. Note that high priority guests are only allowed if the club member is also signed up for the same game.
Hardpuck rosters are generated on the fly by a cgi script. For your convenience there are links at the bottom of each page to access the next scheduled game rosters.
The roster is first sorted by priority (e.g., paid club members first) then by the order RSVPs were received by our server. After the Priority Deadline (5:00 PM of the day before the game) RSVPs are sorted first come first served and priorities are ignored. The following priorities may appear on the roster and are shown here listed from highest to lowest priority:
There are actually a few more search parameters available to the roster cgi. Below is a form that will let you use these advanced search features to look at the roster for any game in the current schedule. (Note that if no date is supplied, the roster program looks for rosters after the current date & time.)
